Evaluation Diagnosis
Whether a diagnosis can be made at the first visit or supplemental testing or evaluation is required, this is the place to start when a person is faced with challenges that seem to be psychological or developmental in nature.
Treatment/Follow-Up
At the first visit a treatment plan is put into place to address the needs of the patient. The number of visits also varies and some patients may only require a few visits while others may need long-term follow-up.
Referrals
Often as part of the treatment plan the services of other professionals are required such as school counselors, therapists, pediatricians, testing facilities, inpatient crisis units, drug rehabilitation/counseling facilities, support groups, and others.
Fees
After the first appointment and establishment of the Doctor-Patient relationship, I am happy to work out payment plans if needed for patients.

I currently provide private psychiatric care through the use of Telemedicine for residents of the State of Florida.
I specialize in the treatment of children, adolescents and young adults for a wide variety of psychiatric conditions.

FOR NEW PATIENTS
If you are an adult, please fill out the “Adult Information Form”.
The “Child Information Form” should be filled out by a parent or guardian.
Once done you should print a copy for your records (See red note at bottom of form).
Next, submit them and my office will call you to set up your appointment. If you don’t hear from us by the next business day, please EMAIL US.
